Trish Toledo Colorado Springs Concert reviews
30+ yrs a fan of Madonna
I bought tickets to see Madonna for my wife as we have both been fans since the early 80's. Due to the hurricane, some people around us were relocated because of a spotlight over some of the seats in our row and others moved closer due to many empty seats, which gave us a little breathing room despite people still all around us. I would have preferred to go to Madison Square Garden, generally speaking, even though tickets seemed cheaper at Boardwalk Hall, and a Sat night was more convenient. The opening act was awful, and I was very jealous of the people who got to see Amy Schumer. The stage had an extension halfway out on a narrow walkway where much of the concert took place, making our view very good. I knew she would mostly sing new songs, many of which are great, but I would love to see her just do the songs that made me a fan and kept me a fan for decades.
